Janine Teo is the Founder and CEO of Solve Education!, a Singapore-headquartered nonprofit leveraging behavioural science, gamification and AI to empower underserved communities. Under her leadership, the organisation has reached over 1.8 million learners and supported more than 7,500 educators globally. Passionate about youth empowerment, Janine also leads Solve for Change, investing in young people driving solutions to challenges within their communities. A computer engineer by training, she is a Fellow of the University of Pennsylvania’s Global Social Impact House and the first Asian recipient of Mensa International’s Intellectual Benefits to Society Award.
