Pearlyn Tseng brings over 25 years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, partnerships, and branding across private, public, and non-profit sectors. As Director of Philanthropic Partnerships at Community Chest, she oversees partnership development with donors across sectors to create a collaborative and impactful social service ecosystem. She leads a team that fosters genuine, value-driven connections to ensure authentic and impactful donor participation. Her contributions in building a more caring and inclusive society through community engagement have been recognised with NTU’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communications and Information Impact Award (2019), Nanyang Alumni Achievement Award (2020), and COVID-19 Resilience Medal (2024).
