Patrick Tay is currently Member of Parliament of Pioneer SMC and the Assistant Secretary-General at the National Trades Union Congress.\u00a0 He heads up Legal and Strategy teams in NTUC and is the Executive Secretary of the Singapore Manual and Mercantile Workers\u2019 Union (SMMWU) and United Workers Electronics and Electrical Industries (UWEEI). Having spent more than three decades in the community space and more than two decades in the labour movement, Patrick brings with him thoughts and ideas with enlightening, evocative, and endearing perspectives and experiences.<\/p>\n
