With a strong background in partnerships and strategic communications, Andrew brings experience in stakeholder management and building collaborative frameworks that unite government agencies, corporates, and the community to tackle complex social issues. His approach blends operational leadership with systems-level thinking, ensuring that reintegration is supported both at the individual and community level.<\/span><\/p>\n

Andrew\u2019s passion for social impact extends beyond his professional role. As co-founder of\u00a0Break the Cycle<\/i>, a ground-up initiative that empowers ex-offenders through cycling, he continues to champion second chances and inclusive communities. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to breaking cycles of recidivism and stigma, while inspiring resilience and hope.<\/span><\/p>\n
