Tamara has been a community engagement specialist for over a decade. Tamara’s focus is on building community engagement capacity in local and federal government and to empower communities to create sustainable change. Tamara’s passion is to centre community ideas at the heart of the decision- making process and to ensure that safe and accessible engagement opportunities are available for everyone.

Tamara is currently working for the Australian Government, allowing her to connect with communities across Australia to shape meaningful and inclusive pathways for change.
