Yu Shen is the Head of Corporate Responsibility at Maxis where he oversees the company’s CSR initiatives that focus on leveraging technology to support and empower society, especially students, teachers, and entrepreneurs.

Prior to Maxis, Yu Shen was the Head of Education at Yayasan PETRONAS where he led the foundation’s education pillar, overseeing various programmes and grants including Program Duta Guru, a nationwide STEM teacher upskilling programme. He has also served as a strategy consultant with Dalberg Advisors and as a Manager at PADU, the performance delivery unit of Malaysia’s Ministry of Education.
