An energetic and influential leader, he has extensive experience in government and private sectors having served as Press Secretary to SM Tharman Shanmugaratnam and senior appointments in Ministry of Finance, SPRING Singapore, Ministry of Defence and Sports Hub Pte Ltd.
Sau Ho is also an active District Councillor serving at South-East CDC. In 2021, he was awarded the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) in recognition of his grassroots service at East Coast GRC.
