[Reflection Circle]

Carrying the Work Forward: Wellbeing to Action
Carrying the Work Forward is a facilitated reflection circle that brings together a focus on practitioner wellbeing and future-facing action. Community engagement work is emotionally demanding, complex, and often under-resourced. The session begins with a short framing by the facilitator, followed by guided individual reflection, small-group or team-based reflection circles, and a collective share-back. Participants will examine their current realities, exchange peer insights, and identify concrete actions to protect wellbeing, strengthen practice, and sustain their engagement work beyond the conference.
