1. When and where is this event held?
Community Engagement Asia Malaysia 2026 will take place virtually on Thursday, 19 November 2026, from 9:00am to 3:00pm (GMT+8 / MYT).
2. Will I be able to get access the sessions after the conference?

Presentation decks will be shared after you complete the end-of-day feedback form, subject to the speakers’ approval. Please note that session recordings will not be made available after the conference.

3. Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?

Registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague by informing the Community Engagement team in advance.

4. What if I can’t attend at the last minute?

If you’re unable to attend, please inform the Community Engagement Asia team as soon as possible. You may nominate a suitable colleague from your organisation to attend in your place. For assistance, contact [email protected].

5. Will I be able to receive speaker presentation slides?

Yes. Slides will be available for download after you complete the feedback form at the end of each day you attend, subject to speakers’ approval.

6. Am I able to bring a colleague or friend along?

Yes. You can take advantage of group registration discounts, or have your colleague/friend register directly via the registration page.

7. How can I network with other delegates and/or speakers during the conference?
There will be opportunities throughout the virtual conference to engage with fellow delegates and speakers through live Q&A sessions, chat discussions and interactive activities. These sessions are designed to encourage knowledge sharing, discussion and meaningful connections among participants across Malaysia.
8. Do I have to bring anything to the conference?

All you need is a stable internet connection, a laptop or desktop with audio, and an open mindset. We also recommend having a notebook (digital or physical) handy to capture key insights and actions throughout the day.

9. Is Community Engagement Asia Malaysia 2026 HRDC Claimable?

Yes. Community Engagement Asia Malaysia 2026 is HRDC Claimable under the SBL-Khas Scheme (up to the cost allowable matrix) for eligible employers.

As HRDC claim requirements may vary by organisation, we recommend that participants check with their HR or Learning & Development team regarding their company’s claim process and eligibility. Our team will be happy to provide the necessary supporting documents where applicable.
