Skillseed

Huijia is the Founding Director of Skillseed, a social enterprise that builds trust-driven and collaborative communities for a more cohesive civil society. For the past 12 years, she and her team have designed and facilitated community engagement and capability building programmes for participants across all sectors and ages, from youth to fellow social sector partners, corporate and government leaders.

Huijia also conceptualised Skillseed’s flagship community programme – the asset-driven, place-based and community-led Resilience Trails where Skillseed engages individuals with disabilities, single mothers and other individuals from under-resourced communities to co-create and co-run paid community trails in their own neighbourhoods.
