Priscilla Gan is a passionate and purpose-driven leader who brings heart and strategy together to create meaningful change. With a deep-rooted commitment to the social service sector, she has spent her career building bridges — between organisations, communities, and people — to drive impact that truly matters.

Currently serving as Executive Director of Diabetes Singapore, Priscilla leads with empathy, vision, and a strong belief in empowering lives. She also volunteers on the Youth Corps Singapore Advisory Committee, continuing her dedication to nurturing future changemakers.

Previously, as Director at the National Council of Social Service, she oversaw community engagement efforts for the Community Chest and President’s Challenge, while championing volunteerism across the sector. Her work brought together the people, public and private sectors to strengthen the culture of giving and service in Singapore.

Priscilla is known not just for her strategic acumen, but for her ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and navigate change with grace. She believes in the power of partnerships and people — and is deeply committed to building an inclusive, values-driven social service landscape where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
