Darren Tan is Co-Founder and Executive Director of U Farm Singapore, a sustainability enterprise tackling food security and environmental challenges. He designs systems that bridge education, corporate ESG goals, and policy, helping organisations align with the Singapore Green Plan 2030. Darren holds an EMBA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from NIE Singapore and a Physics degree from Imperial College London, and has been recognised through fellowships such as the Our Singapore Leadership Programme (OSLP) and the U.S. State Department’s YSEALI initiative.
