Jihad (Jee) Suhaimi is the Founder and Executive Director of MEMBINA Community, a charity organisation dedicated to supporting at-risk youth in Singapore through mentorship, sports, volunteering, and education. Drawing from his own lived experience, Jee has spent over 13 years building safe spaces and systems of care for marginalised young people, growing from opening his own home to youths a decade ago into a fully incorporated charity with a dedicated hub that has facilitated around 300 youth visits. He also runs Impactivity Pte. Ltd., a social enterprise that sustains his purpose-driven work through consultancy and training.
