Michelle is the Executive Director of the Singapore Kindness Movement, where she fosters a more gracious, inclusive society. With over 20 years of experience in tri-sector (3P) collaborations, Michelle specializes in building meaningful connections between government, corporate partners, and the community. She holds a Master’s in Communication Management from SMU and is dedicated to making kindness a strategic priority. A dedicated grassroots leader, Michelle has served the Mountbatten community and NEA for over a decade. She champions community-led solutions, believing small, intentional acts of kindness are the catalyst for lasting change.
