Zed Teo is the Senior Director for Community Relations & Engagement at the Singapore Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth. He oversees policies and programmes to foster a cohesive society, in partnership with stakeholders such as the National Steering Committee on Racial and Religious Harmony and the Racial and Religious Harmony Circles. He also oversees the administration of the Registry of Muslim Marriages and the Syariah Court.

Prior to his current appointment, Zed served in the Singapore Police Force and the Ministry of Home Affairs, taking on appointments as Commander of Ang Mo Kio Police Division, Special Assistant to the Minister for Home Affairs and Senior Assistant Director for Policy Development. Zed also completed a stint in the private sector as Director, Investigations at Chainalysis.
