Andrew is Vice President of Singtel and Optus Group Corporate Sustainability and a Talent Coach to over 160 of the Optus Talent and Leaders. He is also a mentor to several start-up founders and CEOs in the Singtel Group’s regional social innovation programme, Future Makers, developing technologies to address societal issues. Andrew is also the co-chair of the Singapore Business Network on disability, a network of corporates established in 2015 to support the skills development and employment of talent with disability. He is a member of the Singapore National Council of Social Services (NCSS) 4ST strategic review and implementation committee set up to transform the social services sector of Singapore. He was formerly a member of the 3rd Enabling Master Plan Committee and a member on the Volunteer Resource Council.

Prior to these, Andrew held various diverse senior positions across the Singtel Group in Singapore, Australia and the Philippines. These included Singtel Group consumer CIO, Managing Director for Optus Technology and Products, Optus Wholesale and Satellite, COO at Globe Telecom Philippines from 2003-2007, CEO of Singtel Multimedia Group and VP of Singtel Consumer Marketing. Andrew also founded Singtel Ventures in 1997, a S$150m technology investment fund investing in emerging technologies in the ICT sector to drive innovation and develop new businesses spin-offs for the company.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class) Honours from the National University of Singapore and Masters in Management from Stanford University, USA (Sloan Program). He is a certified Level 3 coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
