Empact

Bryan Choong is a Principal Consultant with Empact and specialises in programme development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and volunteer training and management. He began his career in the non profit sector as an Executive Director of a community organisation that specialises in mental and sexual health, while actively volunteering with various local and regional non government organisations.

In Empact, Bryan led programme evaluation and impact measurement projects with clients such as Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, National Youth Council, National Heritage Board, DBS Foundation, National Council of Social Service, SG Enable, Singapore Business Federation Foundation, Rainbow Centre and MINDS.

Bryan received a Chevening scholarship from the United Kingdom Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 2017 for his work in the non-profit sector in Singapore. Bryan has a Master in Counselling from University of South Australia and a Master in Public Health from the University of Edinburgh. Bryan also has an Advanced Certification in Learning & Performance (ACLP) from Institute for Adult Learning.
