He pioneered digital skilling and youth entrepreneurship with ASEAN Foundation and UNICEF, launching the impactful ASEAN Data Science Explorers program, benefiting 80,000 youths over eight years. As SAP’s Global CSR Director for Future Skills, he focuses on education and entrepreneurship for disadvantaged youth, aiming to mitigate inequality. Additionally, Eugene contributes to international development, serving on charitable organization boards and advising strategic direction for Common Purpose Asia Pacific and Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs in East and Southeast Asia.
