Empact

Keng Hwee is the Deputy CEO of Empact and has about 20 years of experience engaging and developing the local community. He has led conceptualisation and implementation of national level youth programmes to support youths leading ground up initiatives and has extensive community experiences engaging and developing youths in the community. Additionally, Keng Hwee has led programme design, including developing programme indicators and impact measurements, at a local philanthropic organisation.

In Empact, Keng Hwee directs the Partnerships and Programme Management teams to support social giving initiatives by corporate partners, as well as designs and implements national level programmes such as National Youth Council’s Youth Action Challenge Season 4 and YouthTech programmes. He also oversees selected Empact’s consultancy projects for government agencies and philanthropic organisations.
